CrewText utilizes Gemini AI models to analyze chat discussions and generate structured project materials, timelines, cost breakdowns, and checklists.
AI outputs are predictions and summaries. They can contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations.
You must verify all reservations, addresses, travel timings, calendar entries, and cost splitting values independently. Do not rely solely on the AI summaries for reservations, bookings, flights, or high-budget payments.

CrewText is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall CrewText, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; (ii) any content generated by the AI engine; or (iii) any unauthorized access or use of our database systems.

By using this application, you acknowledge that chat messages and project details will be sent securely to Firebase Firestore for real-time synchronization and to Gemini AI APIs for processing and summarization. Please do not post highly sensitive personal identifiers (like passwords, credit card numbers, or SSNs) within the chat.
📱 SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting in to CrewText SMS updates via our website form, you consent to receive optional automated project planning messages and reminders.
Voluntary Participation: Consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, creating an account, or using the CrewText application. You may use all core web features of CrewText without opting in to SMS messaging.
